Hey, I appreciate this and I think this is a really cool idea! I am indeed going to be using Hail soon, so stay tuned for that. Unfortunately, I already began building my own variant of Hail and I personally try to avoid taking teams from subscribers because if I take from one, then I feel obligated to take from everyone. HOWEVER, I will give you my thoughts on this build because I appreciate you reaching out a ton!

This is close to good! Your current Clefable is illegal; Soft-Boiled is not compatible with Teleport. I would advise making it SR / Moonblast / Knock Off / Soft-Boiled in order to let it still function as a SR setter, give you a Knock Offer, and still give you a defensive Fairy type. I would also give it 156 Def EVs (keep +SDef nature and the remainder in SDef) to help check CB Urshifu's STABs/Lucha.
