    Two things:
    - Pixilate Sylveon with both Hyper Voice and Dazzling Gleam? That’s really redundant. Put Wish there instead and see how far it can go.
    - If your gonna go all Special on Dragapult, use Choice Specs for more power instead

    Generally more power is preferable
    Alternatively give it Life Orb and then Sylveon’s WishPassing will do it quite a lot of good
    Ofc take this with a pinch of salt I’m not that good a player
