I work until 5:30 on weekdays, but I can do earlier on Sunday if that helps

Tied up on weekends. I can do Wednesday or Thursday if we do it right at 5:30 gmt-5 4:30 gmt -6. Otherwise I am free most times 9-5 gmt-6 weekdays.
