I just watched your video where you had that expanding force Alakazam and Tapu Lele and your Garchomp missed toxic three times in a row and you just laughed it off. Like, how do you not tilt when stuff like that happens? If that was me my table would probably be broken by now

I tilt all the time. Hell, it's one of my biggest weaknesses as a player/user without a doubt.
The main thing is that if you look at it in perspective, it's just one game or just one series or just one day's worth of games -- luck resets each game and so does your own plays and mindset if you are able to keep in control.

I'm absolutely not the best person to ask for advice on this topic given my own mindset being poor sometimes, but I think I would just take it one game at a time and not worry about what you cannot control. Focus on what is within your control -- play better, maximize your odds, and go into each game confident. The results will show
