It's not the rules but Little Cup Pokémon need a lot more EV points for one stat point and you usually do not use all 510 points since there often isn't enough to get another stat after you've used around 460 ish. ^^
Hehe well I can EV things in less than an hour with vitamins/pkrus and power items, I just don't get the time for it nowadays. So you'll be able to finish EVing them both within 1-2 days? ;) Today counts as one!
I guess we could trade now. how many copies you need?
Sorry Jon, I'd rather not be waiting a week for two Pokémon to be EV'd, if it's going to take that long I'd rather do the trade now, one of my mons for your Hoppip UT now and give it to someone else to EV who can do it a bit faster if you don't mind. =) I am in a bit of a rush to have the two versions of it! So I'd expect them both done in one or two days.
