    Definitely better with sleeves, you'll at least get some protection. Just order some off amazon or something, it's only 6 bucks for a pack of 60 where I live

    Hello! I might be interested in a Pokemon Crystal solo challenge. What Pokemon might be fun for people to read about?

    The Pokemon should ideally be available before the 2nd gym and be strong enough to beat Red without having to use X items. It should still be weak or gimmicky enough to be an interesting challenge.

    Hello! I finished the Crystal Solo Slowbro "no X items" playthrough. It was easier than I expected. (But I still had to use some healing items in battle in the early parts because Slowpoke has a bad starting moveset.) Who could guess that a base 30 Speed Pokemon could outspeed most of the enemy trainers?

    Base 40 is relatively fast for in game. And Slowbro is an excellent Mon all things considered

    Generally yes. The original concept also allowed for any existing free agents to be picked as well
