good point however even if it isn't in the viability rankings (due to it being RU, I assume) I find it in a 1v1 situation almost always winning

it cannot switch in throught a battle since if it switches on fire blast or thunderbolt its done for since air balloon is what is keeping it to be a check in the first place. monky25 already warned you about this in the victim of the week.

yes however it is meant to be in a 1v1s type scenario and is able to switch in on half of its moves while doing minimal damage no matter what
