I've been trying really hard for the past couple weeks to get Dhelmise to work in OU. Specifically because he has the strongest unboosted Poltergeist in the game. Just slap a band on that bad boy and it 2HKOs pretty much everything besides Blissey, which gets annihilated by Power Whip. Heavy Slam kills Clef if you don't want to miss.
