I'm gonna need some more advanced notice than that, if I understand you correctly.
If you just message me "I'm on right now" at some unspecified point in the day, there's a good chance I won't happen to see it in a timely enough matter for you to still be available.
But if you can let me know by 13:00 when exactly you'll be available, and that time is after 10:00 and before 17:00, that should be fine.

I now also have a set scheduled for 12:00 (noon) Tuesday, by the way, but an hour buffer before or after should be safe enough.
Otherwise, if there is a day when you know that you will be available at a specific hour, it would be a lot easier to just schedule for that well ahead of time.
