I'm GMT+2 (aka CET), I can do 9-11 PM my time pretty much everyday starting Thursday (that's 3-5 EST), and 2-7 PM pretty much everyday too but I guess that would be too early for you (8 AM-1 PM EST). Let me know if there's anything you'd prefer within these time frames
