You rightly mentioned that I'm 10.5 hours ahead of you. But your 11 am does not mean my 11:30 pm, I guess that you simply miscalculated/mistyped. Does your 1 pm on Saturday afternoon work for you? Your 1 pm on Saturday afternoon would mean my 11:30 pm on Saturday night.

oh duh, I calced 12.5 hours fsr lol. 11am for me would be 9:30 pm for you. 1pm for me (11:30pm) on Saturday for you yes. How about that?
