I'm pretty busy on Thursday and only able to play between 9.30pm - 10.30pm your time. Does that work? Also, I'm GMT+1

nope. I'm in school on Friday until 9.30pm your time aswell. I'm also away almost the entire Saturday. How about 4.30pm (your time) or later on Sunday?
