So some rationale.
Volc is often the wincon, it's terrifying behind screens but walled by heatran. So we'll use magnezone to trap it. I got the idea from a post in the lure thing here in the forum, changed the spread a bit to deal more damage to spdf corv and incoming ground types. Back to tran, this spread will live any hit and ohko it with mirror coat (provided that it's not too chipped when the time comes)

Pert serves as a blanket pivot to a lot of threats. Yawn makes the defoggers and sweepers that pert invites to think twice. Yawn + Flip turn is imo a potent way of generating momentum. If a grass comes in the flip to corv, if corv itself comes then go to zone. Just go to the best option.
This spread under screens is pretty solid. living specials it normal eats and absorbing more physical damage than usual

Ttar is a solid breaker like you said. Very hard to switch into. This spread let's it break as intended with an added utility of ghost resisting and tanking some special attacks especially under screens giving it the chance to come in and wreck it's counters especially if rocks r up

I got the idea of offensive Alolan tales from your hail team. Moonblast ohkoes Urshifu R from full. Like u said freeze dry plus moonblast is good coverage. Veil usually makes the difference between a win or a loss. Gives set up for Volc,l. Helps ttar live longer and keep breaking. Pert and corv behind veil makes them even tankier + their synergy and slow pivoting gives a lot of opportunities to get ur win cons in.

Also vest zone is a good pivot into Lele in case u need corv for the physical attackers of the opponent. This team struggles with unaware calm mind clef hence the heavy alam on tar which isn't common. Ofc, UrshifuR is also a threat, actually fighting types in general are a threat to this team so yah gotta keep tales and your defensive core alive while trying to play around them.
