Since today 11:59 PM GMT -4 is the deadline, how about today 6:30PM-8:30 PM GMT -4, which is 3:30PM-5:30 PM GMT -7 and 7:30PM-9:30 PM GMT -3? I have a flight tonight at 6:30 PM GMT -7 so if these times don’t work for you, you can take the win.
