I am gmt -5, I work 9pm-7am for me so those times dont work. The best in the mornings around 8am-11 am on days that I work but any other time actually works.

6pm-7pm my time works for me. I work tuesday through Saturday night. So how about 9am gmt -4 on Saturday??
