well earlier today i can do is 4-7.30am gmt-4 which isn't really reasonable for you but i can start to play at 11.30am gmt-4, maybe 11am gmt-4 if i am ready by then.

i wouldn't mind doing rn but if i were you, i wouldn't be playing this hour so if you are awake by the time gap i gave you, then awesome. if not, then 11.30am gmt-4. if that is too late, then you have to find an hour for monday between 11.30am-2.30pm gmt-4.
