    Yes they do though i can't confirm much speed boost i found.The problem is i abandoned boost testing for many reasons one: i thought boost pertain to what location your at in the game turns out i was wrong since citadark has pokemon with insane rises and drops of speed boost. Two: sadly it can only be done with speed and is too time consuming.
    If you need a full XD list check my thread provided one with a key. However its up to you on what you want to reset.
    It saves when you finish the battle, you can only catch each bird once. If you kill one, it is still there when you battle him again. I had a decent Timid Heal Bell Articuno (x/x/x/x/x/24-25).
    I only had the chance to pass it to LucasFTW as I had to suddenly leave for a week =(. I will try and pass 2 or 3 to people that posted on the thread in the next couple of days.
