I'd say scolipede, but my main issue with having a dedicated spiker is you also need a rocker

the main issue with scolipede is that it can't do anything to even prevent skarm from setting up

i just think froslass tho niche, can be better. yes its 2 speed points slower than it but with spikes, icy wind, taunt and dbond it can be good. it also fits nice with the hail weather with it

I think it's fine as is
as much as I would rather not use non-ice shard abomasnow, dice's hail HO uses it too and it works quite well
