If you're in a region that "defaults" to EST (GMT-5) you're currently in EDT (GMT-4) for daylight saving's time, in which case my 2pm would be 8am for you. If 8am is too early I can do 4pm if 10am is alright with you, otherwise let me know a good time for you.
