Otherwise I'm usually available mornings from 8 to 11 or evenings from 10 to 12 my time PST.

I'll be at university at 3pm on the 21st, though I can do 3pm on the 22nd.
(Side note: since you said you live on the west coast, GMT-7, I believe 3pm the 21st my time is 10pm the 20th your time. I might be wrong though if you could clear that up would be nice)
