Toga what do you think about armarouge? I thought it was bad but I saw a guy use specs flash fire and then 2hko ting lu with armor cannon on switch

I haven't tried it out yet, boss man. But you might be onto something. Specs Chi Yu always clickes Fire move vs Ting Lu and Flash Fire comes into play there. It flips the dynamic of Chi Yu coming in on Armarouge. After that everything in the tier gets 2HKOed by Specs Armour Cannon. Gonna cook up some Ting Lu + Armarouge heat.
