I forgot to set Torkoal Tera type. I would recommend Flying but you can set what you think fits better.

In this replay he instantly Tera fired his Chi Yu to overheat and he even had a very good defensive core to deal with Sun. But Armarouge completely foils his Chi Yu and breaks all of his walls.
