Talking about Pokemon is both the coolest and most frustrating thing outside of places like Smogon and Showdown - mostly because if you talk to people about Pokemon; they'll usually have a cursory knowledge of it, but nothing involving competitive or any of that unfortunately x-x

Yeah, I definitely feel that! I kinda understand how Nemona must have felt when she didn't have anyone to battle, because no one else really knew much about Pokemon battling other than at a surface level. She's reflective of the competitive audience trying to connect to the more casual audience- At least, in my interpretation of her character. But yeah, thank you for the warm welcome!
