People call it worse than Hydra but he is faster and that's like the most important thing. Even the difference in SpA is negligible. So I think this thing has a more devastating Specs set.

Draco is more reliable than Hurricane so it's better but if you are having a lucky day, then spamming Hurricane has next to no switch-ins. So arguably he even has better stabs if Hurricane hits.

Tauros is the hard wall to Chien Pao and checks Dnite and basically any physical attacker. Amoongus and Iron Treads are the Ferrothorn and Tornadus T for Gen 9 Rain.
