Hi, I am GMT -4 and can usually play between 9 am to 4 pm my time. Question: for this tourney, does the third player have to await the outcome of the first 2 matches of the team before playing?

I asked Sundays, they said that the third player has to wait for the outcome of the first 2 games from the team. It is also mentioned in the Hunger games specific rules.
