Hey, I'm GMT and I'll be free to play on Saturday / Sunday - weekday isn't really an option for me at the moment because I'm quite busy w/ school stuff at the moment. We can agree an exact time but I'm flexible for the whole weekend.

Heyo, is 10:00 AM GMT -5 OK instead? I'm sorry if it's a little early but I realised that at 11:00 I'm attending a local Super Smash Bros. tournament, so I want to ensure that I have enough time to play and get to that event on time.
