Not sure what you want me to say. Can’t exactly make an exception from a rule that’s stood for many years for one person. Personally don’t think they intended to cheat, but obviously can’t assume intent.

I know they didn't intend to cheat and it's a shame that this ruling can negatively effect people who might not have malicious intent. The best I can do now is weep silently.
