The idea of the Deci set is that with Sash it survives any move, gets Overgrow and option to Tera Ghost to gain massive power at +2 attack. It also Spin Blocks nicely vs Great Tusk. It has a cool niche of being a physical ghost mon and Spirit Shackle trapping effect is useful. Deci also blanks EQ ESpeed Dnite.
