I was using an account doing the UUBL mons challenge, reached 1500, dropped, so I used the same acc to do the Luck challenges.

The acc is still below 1500, can I still use it provided I send replays from 1500, or do I need to make new?

I believe your ELO is irrelevant to the Luck challenges; you just need to face players that are at least 1400 ELO.
