Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Improved the unkillable Iron Hands team one last time. I think this version is really solid finally. I really want people to try out this Hands set at least once. Because it really is extremely good. I ak not capping.
hey blunder, threw together a team for the cross evolution meta of the month, i combined mudbray with gyarados so long story short it gets the stat boosts that magikarp gets when it evolves into gyardos. Some other goofy combos also in there.
So mudbray's new base stats are 145 hp/215 atk/94 def/90 sp atk/135 sp def/46 spd
I improved the Defensive Iron Hands team, Iron Leaves is ass so I put Moth over it. Now the team is much better. Iron Hands really does feel like Melmetal with this setup. Also Moth feels like Chi Yu. Incredibly powerful team.
Now, I know you don't really like Electric Terrain but believe me I found an absolutely broken tech this time. This is a Physical Def + SpDef SD Iron Hands which is able to defeat even Great Tusk 1v1. It's ludicrous how bulky this thing is. It takes 50% from Headlong Rush.
Got two more Suns for you. One is Tera Fire Growth chlorophyll Lilligant with Sleep power. and the other is Adamant CB Slither which has the ability to OHKO Chomp with First Impression and OHKO Pex with EQ. It has no CC as Blitz + EQ better compliment his Bug Stabs.
Evil species clause suspect team featuring triple garg and double pult. Could switch the spdef garg to tera dark to have a better chance of beating psyspam. https://pokepast.es/a180e5abb0bb8893
Updated the Solar Blade Ceruledge Sun to fit the current meta. AV Tusk and Phys Def Scream are better right on Sun right now and switched up some Teras it's been a while the last Ceruledge live. We have already showcased all the 'heat' mons now. It's time to run 'heat' sets on Standard mons.
hey blunder, i have a fun rain team for you featuring mixed beartic with grass knot to hit dondozo so floatzel can clean up. for azumarill, you can change the tera to seem fit, such as tera fairy for stronger play roughs, tera ground to annoy rotom from pivoting, or tera water for boosted aqua jets, have fun!
This time I got a Slowking Sub DD Bax team. This set hasn't gotten a feature yet. I made the team as infuriating to play against as possible. It has triple Twave and Triple Protect. Mold Breaker Tinka leaves entire teams paralyzed and then Sub Bax and Wo Chien go to town. I also put Icicle Crash on Bax to further Hax through.
hey blunder, this team here features sub protect wo-chien paired with toxic spikes toxapex to annoy the opponents team. this is a really underrated combo, as the two mons cover each others weaknesses very well! with the speed on wo-chien, it can 1v1 kingambit with leech seed substitute and protect!
The Decidueye stream got me thinking, Agency needs a new Grass type. what u think about this Sunflora team. It 2HKOs more than half of OU with specs Solar Beam/LStorm
Hi blunder,
I was inspired by your gen 8 mono choice specs hail team, so I cooked something up you might like. https://pokepast.es/599d769667f7f594
It's a gen 9 mono choice specs sun team. This is a fun, unconventional team that rewards an aggressive playstyle. usage tip: predict or be predicted
