The power on Overheat And Draco is so strong that it still kills offensive mons like, Gholdengo, Cinderace, Zorarark, Iron Valiant, Meow, etc. with Rocks Or even the slightest chip like from his own U turn. His Speed is top tier so he is good vs offensive mons. OverHeat, Draco is phenomenal coverage as well.

With Knock Off, U turn and Regen, he also ruins defense, like Ting Lu takes very little but gets ruined. Pex has Regen, but he makes no progress vs Cycle's own Regen. He can even do things like switching into Corvi Brave Bird, firing off an Overheat, kill it and Regen a lot of health back. He helps lot vs Garga. With his Dragon typing he has nice resists, and can give defensive utility vs Fire and Water.
