My timezone is gmt-4 (aka EST). I prefer and can do almost anytime Wednesday or Thursday.

Ok my time zone is GMR +5:30 (India) and i can do almost everyday at night around after 9:00 to 10:30 and i am completely free on Sundays so anytime except my sleep time is fine
