im gmt+1 rn i think (BST) - I can do anytime tomorrow after 12 GMT

Is that noon or midnight gmt? I could do either as long it was before 4 am gmt. Assuming you meant noon, how does 6:30 pm (18:30) gmt tomorrow sound?
