In the 1st link the tusk eves are for Gholdengo so that you can dodge Make it Rain and earthquake it. Since hazards are almost impossible to remove in this meta.

Ubers: Preferably use this before Calyrex gets voted on since that pokemon is what is giving the little fella on the team its best case for usage. Arceus will get crit but it is porbably the best thing I know of at stealing games from broken mons at the moment.

A brief explanation of weird sets:
Bug Greninja makes stall teams less stall, beats the snail, and also gives Gren a pseudo-defensive typing.
Ceruledge with a Sash and Fighting Tera is better from my experience, this can also work with Bug tera Bulky Ceru.
