Either work for me, as long as the time isn’t very unreasonable for me. During weekdays I’m unavailable from 11am - 8pm (except Fridays where I’m completely unavailable).

Yup it will be hard to play during weekdays I think, let's play Sunday 02/07 11 am your time and 7 pm my time if it works !
