Ok forgot to mention that I work during the weekdays. For Saturday and Sunday, I can schedule a time between 11 am and 6 pm GMT -4.

Ok lets say 3 PM Saturday which is 10 am my time but I'd prefer to keep the time flexible if possible in case one of us feels like playing earlier or I get the time slightly wrong because its wrong on the site I'm checking or some other reason

I use time.is. Yeah I can play at 3 PM -4 Saturday, but "keep it flexible"? I'm not going to sit around a computer waiting for over an hour while checking my profile every few minutes. How about a more concrete timeframe? You might be off by an hour depending on what site you looked at. So....how about "sometime between 3-4" or "4-5", just as examples?
