Hello, my time is CST. I'm most available on the weekends as well. Saturday would work the best for me. I honestly don't really care otherwise, but I would prefer to play at some time saturday.

Ok wait I just clocked this is the one weekend that I am really busy. I could do the evening on sunday (my time) and after around 17:00 on weekdays (or anytime tommorrow), but depending on your availability that may not work.
