I can do from 7:30 am to 12 am my time and from 6pm to 11pm my time. Something like 8:30 am my time (12 am yours) works?

hmm , could play now too if you are up , else prefer the 6pm-11pm slot you gave tho not as late as your 11 , but i am fine in your 6-8:30 pm range
