i know nobody really cares but on october 17 (in two days as of posting this) i'm going to a psych ward. i will be completely inactive for a few weeks and i wont kill myself so yeah in case anyone is worried abt my wellbeing, i'll be ok

upon further reflection im not gonna kill myself (yet /srs) but i am going to take a break from pokemon for a while to pursue my other interests, since honestly something bringing me down that's completely out of my control is not what i need rn. thanks for yall's kind words, it's honestly really nice to have people that even kind of worry for me even if it's on the internet.

fuck this fucking game. absolute bullshit. i used to think rng kept the game fair, but now i realize it's only ruthless to those who deserve to win. rarely is it ever on my side; it feels like every hydro pump, every time i get full para'd, it's always when i'm about to win - then my opponent wins out of sheer fucking luck. no skill, no prediction, no superior team structure. just pure chance.
