hey I'm GMT -4 too, I'm at work during those MWF times you mentioned so it'd have to be Sunday. Can you do noon time by any chance on Sunday? That'd help me a lot, but if not then I can squeeze in around 11:15 am to play

Sunday I'm pretty flexible in the afternoon, anywhere from noon until around 4 to 5 PM is usually good, just let me know in advance what time you think would work well for you
