11pm gmt-7, and 9:00pm in my hour

You scheduled for 11pm -7, so it would be 10pm -8 (my teammate didn't account for DST shift when telling me the new schedule), and it would make 1am your time not 9pm. We can go earlier if necessary, but I am fine keeping the original time as well.
