saturday works better than sunday, if it has to be sunday then probably from 5am to 8am or from 2pm to 4pm works, i can't do any other hour on that day except for like late night before deadline but i can't confirm it yet

so you mention like your timezone, ok. I would prefer Sunday honestly, hopefully. Late at night Sunday +1 is my afternoon so it would be perfect
