    hey sorry, something last minute has come up so I won't be able to play at that time anymore, Sunday 12pm+1 (noon) is the latest time I can play now, would you be okay with moving to play at some point before that? early my time like 8-9am+1 as you suggested before would be fine for me, if that still works for you

    okay I won't be waking up that early without confirmation, so I plan to get up at 11am+1 tomorrow, if you happen to be available in that hour slot then I can play then, otherwise I'll probably not be able to and need to be subbed out
