Hi, sorry been cramped up with work and it looks like it might be tight for Sunday 7pm? Would you be willing to move to Monday 7pm and we could ask for an extension?

Or a later time etc. I will still try to make Sunday work but just in case.

Oki, I have no problem with asking for an extension, the only thing is that on Monday I would prefer to play at 8:15pm because at 7 pm is not good for me
