Very rarely Primal Groudon and some variants of Marshadow, it allows to use it for the same reason as them (hit Zygarde and Mega Salamence).

Primal-Groudon makes some sense, although Marshadow already has Ice Punch.

HP Ice is boosted by Technician, that combined with its decent SpA, such stat ignoring Intimidate, and both of the main targets leaning to physical bulk to overall way more damage.
