Hi, BST at the moment; good most weekdays 8am-7pm my time w/ some gaps here and there, weekends varies a lot. What timezone are you/when's usually good?

I'm +3 but prefer my mornings(purely because I get sorta shaky internet later on in the day) I assume bst is +1, how does 9am your time seem? prefer on Thursday or Friday this week
