I'm -4, I'd probably prefer Friday or sometime in the evening for me on the weekend. I'd start up until around 11pm -4 / 1pm +10 on any of those days.

If we did Wednesday or any other time in the morning, I would probably want to do 7:30am -4 / 9:30pm +10 or later. We should do whichever works best for you though.
