Looking at the walls, it's clear your opp wasn't the best scheduler. However, in this case, you did agree to a specific time (12:00 midnight GMT-4) and missed. Act rules for missing an agreed time are pretty strict, I need a really good reason to go against them. While giving act based on scheduling efforts is possible, those don't apply once a time is agreed on.

Activity rules draw a pretty hard line when both players agree to a specific time. Admittedly, it's a bit cumbersome as a host and player, and relies on your opponent to be forgiving when last-minute things occur. This can lead to some really screwy things when poor scheduling is involved, and it always pains me to see that happen.

However, that is the rule, and as a host I can't go directly against it unless there are pretty extreme circumstances. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, the act ruling is going to stay. Had your opponent agreed to reschedule prior to deadline, it would have been a candidate for extension, but what it hinged on was the moment you both agreed to a time, and when one party did not show up.

Now, I'm not gonna leave you with that empty-handed, so for what it's worth, here's my advice as a tour host, based on what I saw of your scheduling. Bear with me, the 420 character limit on walls kinda sucks, but here's my honest takes:
- I love that you asked for a specific time repeatedly, despite your opponent's attempts to rfn. Keep making sure to ask for a specific time, and ask for it early.

- When reaching out, I highly recommend giving specific times of your own, even if you have a rather open schedule. This puts the onus on your opponent to pick something, and can help prevent your opponent from repeatedly trying to RFN or give you an unreasonable time with short notice, as from what I could see there might have been some pressure on you to shift your schedule around and play out the match.

- To prevent unfortunate act cases in the future, it's okay to say "no" if you have even the slightest notion that you might not be able to make it.

- If you feel like you're being thrown through the ringer with scheduling, worst case it might sometimes also be best to let it go to a coinflip than stay up late and not make it to the game.
