I'm UTC-4. Today isn't great for me but Tuesday or later should be fine. Usually best for me is either around lunch time or in the evenings after 6pm. Weekends I usually have more availability if needed. To just throw out a time I'll suggest Wednesday night but I'm pretty flexible this week.
