Hi, I'm +1 and Saturday would have been ideal for me but considering that you're not too free Sunday is my best day. I am playing for Derby at 3pm +1 on Sunday so should be free pretty much any time after that (Though also don't want to play immediately after the Derby game if that's OK). So I'll say 5pm +1 Sunday.

Hi, any update on whether you're able to make my suggested time? You contacted the tournament organiser on the day you asked me for my availability and yet haven't replied to me since I answered. I think it's only reasonable to have given me a response by now considering that you reached out to the organiser so soon after first messaging me (Granted I was also sick all of Wednesday).

If there's no reply by the suggested time then I'll just assume that that's the scheduled time and call activity win if you don't show.
